Led by Dr. Janeen Hawkins, DNP, FNP-BC, CCM, our dedicated team of nurse practitioners, nurses, and healthcare professionals provides comprehensive, coordinated care designed around the unique needs of each patient. Meet Dr. Janeen Hawkins Merceus, DNP, FNP-BC, CCM
Dr. Janeen Hawkins Merceus is a doctoral-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, geriatric healthcare, nursing home medicine, and the care of medically complex adults. With a strong clinical background spanning critical care, neuro/stroke care, ICU, PACU, rehabilitation, and long-term care, Dr. Hawkins Merceus brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to every patient encounter.
As the founder and clinical leader of Signature NP Family Health, PLLC, she is committed to creating a more connected and accessible healthcare experience for older adults, their families, and the facilities that support them. Her Doctor of Nursing Practice training in transformational leadership, combined with years of clinical practice and care coordination experience, supports her vision of delivering high-quality, personalized concierge primary care.
